Overland Insurance, Inc. was founded in 1985 by Larry and Sharry Seemann who already had
about 15 years experience in the insurance agency business. Experience had taught them that
to truly be the expert that their clients deserved they must limit their practice to specializing in
one industry. They chose the trucking industry. Their son Paul, who is an account executive,
joined them in 1989.
